Explore a variety of therapeutic experiences. This class follows a circuit-style format, similar to a gym class, but instead of exercise, you’ll focus on relaxation, rejuvenation, and restoration of body, mind, and soul. Experience 10 to 12 unique stations incorporating sound, vibration, color, light, and crystals. It’s the perfect opportunity to explore and find the therapies that resonate with you. The class lasts 2 hours, beginning and ending with a clearing and blessing. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited to 12 participants. The cost is $40.00 per person.
